Like eCopy Desktop, eCopy PaperWorks provides office workers with advanced tools to scan, merge and modify documents and Connect them with the software they use every day.

eCopy PaperWorks enables office workers to convert electronic and paper documents into text-searchable, secure PDFs and directly include them in business applications and workflows. It works with your existing investments in desktop scanners, all-in-one printers, and networked scanning devices to Capture, process and merge documents into electronic workflows.

Like eCopy Desktop, eCopy PaperWorks provides the ability to work FASTER and simplify common business tasks. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) allows office workers to convert scanned documents into editable text documents. The software also allows them to add comments, text and attachments to scanned images through the use of powerful markup tools.

Using eCopy PaperWorks Connectors for Microsoft® SharePoint®, EMC® Documentum, Autonomy iManage WorkSite®, and Open Text eDOCS DM™, scanned and electronic information can be delivered directly to, stored in, and retrieved from document management systems. Bi-direction connectors to these document management systems enable office workers to work more effectively with information assets.

Key security features in eCopy PaperWorks include document encryption, permanent redaction and password Protection to restrict printing, copying and editing.
